Atherosclerosis Imaging

The AICL is a multi-modality image analysis center providing high quality, statistically relevant vascular image analysis based upon an extensive historical experience employing approved standard operating procedures in all facets of analysis. Our extensively trained staff provides unbiased interpretation of imaging exams for pharmaceutical and device clinical trials using 21 CFR Part 11 compliant systems.
The AICL develops and customizes imaging protocols for each project. These protocols instruct sites on the minimum imaging requirements for subjects to ensure the most correct complete data is made available for analysis. Protocol adherence and image quality are evaluated for the entirety of the trial. Extensive training is provided to PIs, RCs, and study team members both at the beginning of a trial and as needed throughout the study.
